Highlights

• Important landmarks in the immediate area include the new UBC Aquatic Centre, MacInnes Sports Field (2020), the Alumni Centre, AMS Student Union Building (“The Nest”) and the newly constructed Focal & Central mixed-use buildings.
• Sitings was responsible for the remerchandising of the former Mahony and Sons restaurant space.
• The building was demised and released to Steve’s Poke, Chatime, House of Vision for nearly 4 times the previous tenants’ rent. The project was 100% leased prior to completion.
