Overview
Wye Crossing is a 100,000 Sf shopping center on Wye Rd in Sherwood Park Alberta. Sitings assembled the site, participated in the development management of the site and managed the leasing. The project is anchored by the first Green Rona in Canada. Tenants include Rexall, RBC, Servus Credit Union, Original Joes, Urban Barn and Edo Japan. The project was 100% preleased at completion.
Highlights
Strathcona County is also home to Canada’s largest oil refining complex, North America’s third largest petrochemical complex and produces Alberta’s highest value of manufactured good. This site will trade to all of Sherwood Park, Strathcona County and parts of East Edmonton, such as Capilano, Ottewelle, and Kenilworth.
