Nancy Bayly is the Vice President at Sitings Realty, a leading commercial real estate brokerage specializing in retail tenant representation and project leasing. With a commerce degree from the University of Victoria and a Real Estate License from UBC Sauder School of Business, Nancy has been a valuable member of the Sitings Realty team since 2013. Her expertise expands across both BC and AB, including unique expertise in her hometown of Whistler, BC.

She is dedicated to assisting tenant clients in sourcing sites targeted to their needs and working directly with landlords to secure an optimal tenant mix for their projects. Nancy’s specialties include mixed-use projects, transportation projects, power centers, lifestyle centers, and grocery-anchored sites, as well as, working closely with a number of leading retailers, restauranteurs, and service operators. In addition to her professional work, Nancy is an active member and volunteer of the CREW Vancouver Chapter and ICSC.
